Strategic Planning and Meeting Facilitation

Pacific Health Consulting Group provides strategic planning, scenario planning and meeting facilitation to many clients. Strategic planning often involves working with community leaders and boards of directors, as well as and many levels of staff. Depending on the extent of community involvement, the process generally lasts from six to twelve weeks. Using diverse methods, Bobbie Wunsch also provides expert meeting facilitation on a broad range of issues.

• Medi-Cal Redesign Stakeholder Process
  Facilitated the Medi-Cal Redesign Stakeholder Process sponsored by the California Health and Human Services Agency, in collaboration with The Califrona Healthcare Foundation and The California Endowment. The interactive process involved over 675 individual and organizational stakeholders throughout the state. The stakeholders reviewed the Medi-Cal redesign concepts, gave feedback and shared their own ideas for improvements to the Medi-Cal system. The 20 meetings were held from March 1 - April 28, 2004.
